At Lux Second Chance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, we offer a straightforward return process within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or email our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your item in its original packaging, ensuring all luxury brand tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included and the security tag remains intact.

• 3.
  Ship Your Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 3 business days of receiving your RMA.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our experts verify the item's condition and authenticity, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
